While stationed in La Paz, Bolivia in 2011-15, I plan to travel around the the countryside and also visit some nearby countries as well. Since I have never been to South America before, this is a great opportunity to see a lot of places without dealing with multiple long-haul flights from home. I have revived the Spanish that I learned long ago in high school and college, so I can actually talk to people as I travel around the region. Can't wait! Check back often for updates! |
