We reached our campsite, the Teleki Lodge or Mackinders Camp,
early Friday afternoon after nearly six hours of continual walking through the
bogs and then the Teleki Valley. Our finaly destination, the peaks of Mt. Kenya,
eluded our sight due to clouds.
