Frisco is a quaint, historic town located in the center of Summit County on Lake Dillon, one of the largest lakes in Colorado. Our townhome is only 6 blocks from the marina where a variety of watercraft are available for rental. Frisco is conveniently located 70 miles west of Denver on I-70.

Frisco has long been the center of Summit County, a hub in an area that continues to grow and progress. There's a definite feeling of yesteryear that mingles pleasantly with the 21st Century.

Wintertime offers some of the best skiing in the world. Our townhome is within 25 miles of five of these ski areas-Vail, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin.

Summertime is a haven for bicycling-both mountain and road biking. There are several hundred miles of off-road trails and over 50 miles of paved trails.

So no matter what your vacation dream might be, from scaling a 14,000-foot peak to skiing, mountain biking, windsurfing, golfing, fishing, power shopping, leisurely sampling hundreds of restaurants, working out at state-of-the-art recreational facilities, photographing your surroundings or simply kicking back and giving thanks that you are smack in the middle of it all, you can get it done during a Summit County winter or summer.
