DEPOSITA $100 non-refundable deposit is due when the reservations are made. One half of the total payment must be received 90 days prior to arrival. Full payment must be received 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
KEY & DAMAGE DEPOSITGuests are responsible for all damages. A damage deposit of $600 is due with the final rental payment. This deposit will be returned after the keys are returned, provided no damages or excessive cleaning charges are reported by our cleaning company.
SMOKINGOur unit is a NON-SMOKING unit. Thank you for being considerate of our other guests.
PETSNo pets are allowed. Housing a pet may result in eviction and security deposit forfeiture.
NIGHTLY RATESThere is a three-night minimum stay.Rates subject to change without notice.
PARKINGWe have parking for ONLY THREE vehicles. We cannot accomodate motorhomes or trailers of any size.
