November 12: At Last!

I finally got my email account running from home. Got to say that this took me a damn long time. Good or bad, who knows, but hopefully, I can get everyone back together in one form or another.

Anyhow, went to the doctor today -- as I am surely overworking to a crazy degree. doc couldn't figure it out, but decided it's my "light" asthma acting up, and decided to give me an oxygen mask with medication. I was dizzy for the next 20 minutes and was in some state of euphoria. I went home almost immediately after -- this damn intern just doesn't get the point that I have work as well -- and he kept me at work for another hour. A total horror show on his face when I said I had to leave. My colleagues knew that I will get no work done with him... and well, I'm now in a position to train this bloody intern that comes in half day/full day a week.

Responsibilities galore... and well, it's some due time before I head this wacked out place.

Well, my mom is coming to Tokyo tomorrow. I'm kicking out my pal from Berkeley tomorrow as he will wander the streets of Tokyo. It's a strange feeling to come back to someone at home and find a lot of the chores done.

So, for a week, we got together with some other friends and -- despite my illness -- hopped about the area in some marvel fashion. I reckon this is all collapsing within my hands.

Well, my dallies... have mushroomed to become a minky dinky pheonomenion of total mickey mouse. I'm working with Japanese minkies who needle you for dinky mistakes. The joke of it all is that you're mickey mouse pulling the show.
