June 30: Reunion in Singapore

Hey y'all. I am happy to say that I'm now in Singapore. Diane and Aaron were waiting for me when I came out at the Changi airport, and they were all waiting for me in open arms. cool deal eh? regardless, Changi airport is pretty cool. Ranks really high amongst all of the airports I've visited thus far. I'm curious about the new one in Maalaysia and the new one in HK. Apparently, the KL airport before was really shabby, and was really a drudge in the past.

Anyhow, Diane was looking cool and dandy as she always has... and very little seem to have changed. I've now seen her on 4 separate occasions since waseda, and it's quite amazing to be here again. My schedule is going to be crazy, (which I won't post here), but I imagine this blitzkrieg tour of mine is going to be a great wil adventure. Definitely high on the danger factor (as I recently learned), but it shouldn't be as bad as when I did the road trip between Cambodia and Vietnam. So, looking forward to this one...

Aaron's doing well, and doing this email thing with him nearby is strangely too familiar. This meet in Singapore is too normal, and I guess this location deal is not really important. I do have to say that his friend -- the host -- has been most charmingly friendly... and it's exactly these kind encounters that is THE allure to hit the road once again. More random encounters to come... and people... YES, It's definitely the people... that make these travels most interesting.

Looking forward to seeing all of you soon at some point. In the mean time, please forgive my "postcards" from nowhere. Just keeping that window of communication open for me to climb in...

talk to you soon people..

Euge
