In August 2008, I finished two years at graduate school in California and decided to take a three-week trip to Asia before beginning my new job. The company I worked for in Japan outsourced some accoungting work to Dalian and my colleagues who had visited Dalian said it was great. I also realized it was the only place with pleasant weather this time of year. So after, a couple days hanging-out with my friend Euge in Hong Kong I arrived in Dalian looking for adventure.
